Hallo,
da ich auch gerne wieder in den Genuss von AC3 kommen möchte (AlexW-Image vom November) habe ich mich nun zu einem Update entschlossen (das erste Mal). Nachdem ich alle in den FAQs angegebenen Dateien per ftp gesichert habe, wollte ich nun das Image nach /var/tmp übertragen:
ftp> bi
200 Binary it is, then.
ftp> put JtG_Mixed_Komplett_2x.img
200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.

226 File receive OK.
ftp> ls -l

Leider hat die Datei nach jedem versuch 0 Bytes. Ist möglicherweise
zu wenig Platz?

Oder hat jemand eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte?

Nicht nach var/tmp, sondern einfach nur nach /tmp hochladen.
Dann klappt es.

Habe ich nun probiert:

ftp> cd /tmp
250 Directory successfully changed.
ftp> bi
200 Binary it is, then.

Wenn ich mich nicht irre ergeht doch aus dem Log, dass das File drauf ist!!

Und die Abfrage ergibt doch auch das die Datei da ist!!

Ja, die Datei ist da, aber mit einer Größe von 0 Bytes:

/tmp > ls -l
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Apr 12 15:57 JtG_Mixed_Komplett_2x.img

Hast du es denn mal mit nem normalen FTP Client probiert?

Versuch mit WS-FTP war erfolgreich. Besten Dank
